About the Program
The 3rd Annual Pickleball Showcase Spring Tournament will be held at Plummer Family Park in Edwardsville, IL on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st.
Fee is $40 per player ($80 for a doubles team), per event. Only participants registered before April 30th receive T-Shirt giveaway in their chosen size. Later registrations will receive size Large Shirts. Registration is capped to ensure proper group sizes, so please register as soon as possible if you would like to play!
Tentative Schedule- subject to change based on registrations (additional details will come out the week of the tournament):
Men's and Women's Doubles - Saturday, May 20th
Women's first, followed by the Men's division
Mixed Doubles - Sunday May 21st
Tournament Format:
Round Robin format. Teams will play all teams in their group either one game to 11 or one game to 15 (win by 2). Skill level groups with more than 7 teams may be split into age groupings. Groups with less than 5 teams may be merged with other skill levels. Â 1 timeout per team per game is allowed.

Registration information:
Registration deadline is May 12th. NOTE: Â Only participants that are registered before May 5th will receive the tournament T-Shirt in their chosen size.
Refunds may be processed minus service fees any time before May 12th.  After this date, there are no refunds on entry fees. In the event of a weather postponement, participants will be refunded minus processing fees if they wish to withdraw after the new date is announced. 100% refunds will be given if the tournament is cancelled completely.
