About the Program

The 3rd Annual Harvest Classic Pickleball Tournament will be held at the Plummer Family Park in Edwardsville, IL on Saturday, September 16th and Sunday September 17th.

The following schedule is TENTATIVE and subject to change based:

Men's and Women's Doubles - Saturday, September 16th. 

Women's Doubles Estimated Start time: 9:30am

Men's Doubles Estimated Start time: 1:00pm

Mixed Doubles - Sunday September 17th

Mixed Doubles Estimated Start time: 9:30am

Tournament Format:

Social Round Robin format. Teams will play each team in their group once in a game to 11 win by 2. Groups with less than 4 teams may be merged with other skill levels. Teams switch sides of the court during the game when one team reaches 6 points. 1 timeout per team per game is allowed.

Tournament ball: Ignite PB

Registration information:

Registration deadline is September 9th. Only participants that are registered before August 29th are guaranteed to receive a tournament T-Shirt.

Refunds may be processed minus service fees any time before September 1st.  After this date, there are no refunds on entry fees. In the event of a weather postponement, participants will be refunded minus processing fees if they wish to withdraw after the new date is announced. Refunds (minus processing fee and cost of T-shirt) will be given if the tournament is cancelled.
