About the Program
The Second Annual Harvest Classic Pickleballl Tournament will be held at Plummer Family Park in Edwardsville, IL on Saturday, September 24th and Sunday September 25th.
Fee is $30 per player ($60 for a doubles team), per event. Only participants registered before September 12th receive T-Shirt giveaway in their chosen size. Later registrations will receive size Large Shirts.
The following schedule is TENTATIVE and subject to change based:
Men's and Women's Doubles - Saturday, September 24th.
Women's Doubles Estimated Start time: 9:30am
Men's Doubles Estimated Start time: 1:00pm
Mixed Doubles - Sunday September 25th
Mixed Doubles Estimated Start time: 9:30am
Social Round Robin format. Teams will play each team in their group once in a game to 11 (win by 2, but capped at 13). Skill level groups with more than 7 teams will be split into age groupings based on each team's youngest player. Groups with less than 4 teams will be merged with other skill levels. Teams switch sides of the court during the game when one team reaches 6 points. 1 timeout per team per game is allowed.

Registration deadline is September 16th. Only participants that are registered before September 12th receive the tournament T-Shirt in their chosen size.
Refunds may be processed minus service fees any time before September 10th. After this date, there are no refunds on entry fees. In the event of a weather postponement, participants will be refunded minus processing fees if they wish to withdraw after the new date is announced. 100% refunds will be given if the tournament is cancelled completely.
